To help manage my diary efficiently and ensure fairness to all learners, I kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
  • Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full lesson rate.
  • Emergencies & Illness: If you are genuinely unwell or have an unexpected emergency, please let me know as soon as possible. I always aim to be understanding and flexible where I can.
